From measured ground to a road section.
Set left and right road widths, crown/crossfall and optional side slopes. Each side ties to measured ground; cut and fill remain separate. Preview a chart, save stations, and estimate volumes by average end area with a separately stated allowance.
Pro chart sheets support Letter, Tabloid, A4 and A3 landscape, explicit horizontal scale, vertical exaggeration, black-and-white output and your uploaded or photographed company logo. Print at actual size and verify the one-inch reference bar.
Survey and design surfaces
Import CSV points with explicit column mapping, or select a named LandXML TIN with supplied triangles. Review the plan and generate a ground/design reference section along a straight baseline. Imported units are converted to international feet. Preview imports and sections for free; keeping surfaces with a job and exporting charts are Pro.
First-release limits: 2 MB, 1,000 points and 2,000 triangles per surface. No full road alignments, separate XML boundary objects, invisible faces, surveyed stockpile volumes or cloud synchronization. Unsupported inputs are refused rather than guessed.
Find high and low spots quickly.
Compare a survey CSV directly to your imported design TIN. Map columns, confirm units and set a tolerance. Review high, low, within-tolerance and outside-design observations. Pro keeps named comparison batches and exports all points to a spreadsheet or branded job report.
Your record travels with the result.
Each saved observation keeps the benchmark, backsight, foresight, target and tolerance. Export CSV for a spreadsheet, print a field report, or download a job backup to move to another device.
